Trading voidness – Raj Ballav Koirala’s Poem

An ambience full of people

Standing-sitting-lingering

An objective to be bared

An image to be unveiled

Clouds of voices

Flying to bounce the walls and the floors

The palpable bump on the roof

Merely sheltering in most of the heads

A reserve microphone

Waiting to multiply

Thoughts in amplitude

Lips eager to opine

To stretch, smirk and silent

I am in the aloofness

An irony of existence

A sigh of subsistence

Head rested on my left palm

Cheeks spaced out

Eyes digging the white sheet of paper

Right hand wetting down the thoughts

Voidness traded
